Home School / Government Purchase Order
  We welcome purchase order from academic institutions or government.

NOTE: Effective July 1st, 2008, all orders less than $400.00 must be placed online and paid via credit card. We will continue to process PO with amount greater than $400.00.

If your department has a department credit card, kindly place an order online otherwise, you are welcome to send us a Purchase Order using the instruction below.

Steps to submit your purchase order:
  1. To authorize the purchase, you need to fax a formal P.O. with a cover letter on a school letterhead to (909)-463-0068.
  2. Please include an e-mail address on the P.O. if you want to receive e-mail notification of your shipment and tracking number.
  3. The shipping charge will be added to your PO unless you ask for the exact total amount.

The PO will be rejected if the PO doesn't include the following:
  • Missing PO Number
  • Billing and Shipping address.
  • Contact Name and phone number
  • Email Address


Note: We have the right to refuse any PO that doesn't meet our criteria.
