buyGPSnow is committed to ship all orders placed before our daily shipping cutoff time of 11AM PST Mon - Fri.  From time to time, shortages of popular products may make it difficult to meet this goal.  If this happens, you will be notified.

What is your shipping cost?
Once you added an item to your cart, you can see a real-time quote for all the available services, delivery dates, and shipping costs to your destination.

Orders with back-ordered items
Orders are held until they can ship complete. If your order contains back orderd items, we strive to provide the best estimated ship date. You can also split your order into partial shipments by contacting us at sales@buyGPSnow.com (Note: there may be potential extra shipping cost for split shipments).

We do not charge your credit card until the day your order ships. We do not process orders during weekends / national holidays. We do not guarantee same day shipment.

Guideline for using Paypal as the payment method
  • We only accept payments from users who have a Confirmed Address.

    All International orders must be submitted and paid via Google Checkout instead of PayPal.

    For domestic US customers, we strongly encourage you to use Google Checkout as an alternative to PayPal if you are having problems or delays in getting your account verified.

    To continue using PayPal, please learn more on "How do I confirm my shipping address? (click here)"  We will not ship your order to any other address than the Confirmed Address listed on the PayPal Transaction ID for the sale.

  • We will only accept payments from Verified Users. All orders submitted with "Unverified Users" will be cancelled automatically. What does it mean to be Verified? (click here)

  • If you have problems using Paypal, please contact Paypal at (402) 935-7733 Monday - Friday 6 am to 12 midnight Central Standard Time or PayPal Business Accounts at 1-888-221-1161 press option "6", 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and they will be happy to assist you in figuring out what is wrong any why you can't send money to us.





Domestic Shipping
 Note 1:
Orders ship to California addresses are taxed 8.25%. All other orders are Tax Free.

Note 2:
Our office hours are Mon-Fri from 10am-5pm PST. We are not open on Saturday and Sunday. Orders that come in after 11AM PST will be shipped the next business day.

Note 3:
All US orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) are shipped via FedEx Express Saver(3-day), FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Standard Overnight. For Alaska and Hawaii, we only provide FedEx Standard Overnight.

In addition to FedEx methods above, we also offer United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. This method is cheaper than FedEx but it requires additional 2 days of Handling time + the 2-4 days Transit time. So, the total delivery time is about 4 to 6 days. Please see the table below for detailed rates based on order amount.

*Orders below $40.00 will be shipped via USPS First Class. All others greater than $40.01 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation number is available on all USPS shipments.

**Orders greater than $600.00 will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Note 4:
If your billing address is a P.O. Box address, you should select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Box.

Note 5:
If a shipment is refused or returned due to an error in your address, you will be charged the shipping fee again for your package to be resent.

Note 6:
If your Shipping Address is different than your Billing Address, you will need to use Google Checkout from our shopping cart page. Google Checkout accepts major credit cards and it is very easy to use. Please learn more on how to Enter a different billing and shipping address in Google Checkout

Note: If you submitted an order thru our own checkout instead of Google Checkout AND you have provided shipping address that does not match up with your credit card's billing address, your order will be cancelled automatically and you will received a cancellation notice.

Note 7:
Important note: All orders with value greater than USD$100.00 require signature in person during the delivery day. If you are not available or business is closed during delivery day, our carrier (USPS or FedEx) will leave a delivery / Door Tag on your door. Please follow the instruction to redeem your package at the address indicated with a photo ID.




International Shipping
 Note 1:
BuyGPSNow.com is NOT responsible for any customs, taxes, and/or duties levied by foreign custom. Buyer should check with local customs agency about duties before purchasing.

Note 2:
Due to the recent increase in international fraud, our company policy accepts only payment via Google Checkout. Google Checkout accepts major credit cards. Customers who submitted their order using our checkout method or Paypal will automatically be cancelled and you will be asked to place a new order and checkout using Google Checkout.

Note: If your Shipping Address is different than your Billing Address, your order will be canceled and you will receive an order cancellation email.


Note 3:
Delivery time based on country, typically 2 to 3 days after payment is confirmed. FedEx provides re-delivery service in international locations upon request at no additional charge. However, if delivery of shipment to a residence address cannot be completed, FedEx will, at their sole option, either reattempt delivery and/or hold the shipment at their facility for further delivery instructions. So, please pay SPECIAL ATTENTION to double check the completeness of your ship to address before finalizing your orders.

Note 4:
Israel: Importer needs special permission of State Communication office and we are not responsible for returning the shipping cost and we will charge you the return shipping cost.

Note 5:
Insurance Coverage are included in every International order for free.
Phone number is required for all International orders for delivery purpose.

Note 6:
Question: Can I have refund if I reject my package when it is delivered to me?
Answer: If customers reject the package because of customs issue or other issues arouse at their side, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to the customers. We will however response promptly to any customs clearance requirements/requests to help speed up the process.
